Clean and dry the area and cut a piece that fits the area you are targeting (overlap is fine).
STEP 2
Apply the patch to your skin by gently pressing down and leave on for several hours or overnight.
STEP 3
Remove the patch, stick the original liner back onto it and reuse up to 5 times.
